How to collect Video Games from scratch or with little to zero cash money... is this possible... Yes its possible however it Will require some work and take some time... 

So basically Video Games are broken down into 3 simple categories...

1. Used Games.

2. New Sealed Games.

3. Graded Video Games.

The idea here is simple. You hunt down the used, refurbish if need be, and lot or sell them. 

Using that money you then you buy new factory sealed Video Games across all platform consoles. These pick up in value over time and slowly you start selling these. 

Once cash is somewhat flowing you start buying graded video games. These are more of an Art piece.
